Each coach needs to follow this process to be eligible to coach at NCAA certified events:

        2. Please remember you must also complete your coaching certification on the NCAA  website:

BOTH of these steps must be completed in order to coach at the Boo Williams event.

1. Adults cost is $25.00 per day or $65.00 for three day tournament pass
2. Child 12 & Under cost is $20 per day or $40 for three day tournament pass
3. Tickets can be purchased at the Boo Williams Sportsplex beginning Thursday, April 24 at 1:00 pm.
4. All tickets must be purchased with cash only.

EYBL 15U, 16U & 17U: $400 per team

Champion's League 15U, 16U & 17U: $700 per team

Jr. EYBL 13U & 14U: $600 per team 

Payment will be handled by Position Sports. All Nike EYBL, EYCL, and Jr. EYBL  teams participating in the Hampton stop will receive a link to pay in an email directly from Position Sports. Payment is due by March 10, 2025.

1. All rosters must be completed and entered on the NCAA BBCS website.
2. April 14, 2025 has been set as the deadline to submit all rosters for this event.  It would be greatly appreciated if programs can please submit your rosters by April 12 so we can manage the certification process in a timely manner.
3. If there are any flagged athletes on your roster we will alert you as soon as possible and would ask that you handle the issue as quickly as possible so that all athletes are cleared to compete.

4. Once available, you should click on the following events on the NCAA BBCS website in order to upload your rosters:

   - Nike EYBL Boo Williams - Hampton

   - Nike EYCL Boo WIlliams - Hampton

   - Nike Jr. EYBL Boo Williams - Hampton
